SINAI CHURCH

The Bible teaches us that God is our creator and has therefore given and entrusted us with everything we have. In response, we are called to be good stewards and lead lives of generosity; giving with sacrifice, joy and grace.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

It has always been our desire to make a tangible and lasting impact in our community. From the beginning, our vision was to start a church that serves and blesses the individuals and families of Lamont. Throughout the years, the Sinai Temple Church has been providing spiritual guidance and social benefits to individuals and families here in our community.

During the last few years we have experienced constant numerical growth, as well as a renewed mission and vision for our community. Because of this, we are committed to expanding our facilities to accommodate this growth in order to fully serve the needs of our community. Our goal is a 10,000 square foot facility that will house our worship services, youth and children's programs, and much more.

Our mission is "That people know Jesus and find their purpose in life." This mission is the heartbeat of our church; seeing lives transformed, marriages restored, and families united. The building is a tool to help us fulfill that mission by serving a greater number of families and community residents.

Could you give your most generous gift toward this vision and partner with us to impact our city? Please think about how important the work of Temple Sinai is and consider the positive impact that a larger facility will have on all who live in our community.

Thank you in advance for your support.

To be honest

Generosity

God's generosity is the model for our generosity (1 Tim. 6: 17-18). Through the gospel we see that giving is not loss but gain (Acts 20:35), and we give freely and compassionately (2 Corinthians 9: 7) as our grateful reflection of God's abundant provision for us (2 Peter 1: 3 ).

Administration

We are not masters of our time, talents, and resources, but stewards of them (Romans 11:36). Our donation reflects our priorities and commitments (Matthew 6:21), and we seek to use our money and possessions wisely and responsibly (Proverbs 16:16).

Worship

We give as a way to worship God together (Hebrews 13:16). We corporately celebrate that God's gifts are not separate from who he is, and we gleefully give as a natural response to God's character as Giver and Provider (James 1:17).
